1.THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We take immense pride in our artisanal, stone-ground harvests. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You may request a return or refund within 10 days of your shipment date.

2. THE "PURITY VERIFICATION" (VIDEO REQUIREMENT)

To ensure a seamless resolution, we require an Unboxing Video or a short clip of the product in question.

• The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the seal.

• For quality-related claims, the video helps our team trace the batch back to our regional farmers and artisans for internal quality audits.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price:

• Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with the seal intact (unless the claim is regarding internal quality).

• All packets associated with the order must be returned to our facility.

• Items must be handed over to our designated delivery partner during the scheduled pickup.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

• Subject: Return Request – [Your Order Number]

• Details: Your Full Name & Date of Purchase.

• Items: Specific products you wish to return.

• The Video: Attach your unboxing or product verification video.

• Feedback: While optional, we value your feedback on why the product didn’t meet your expectations so we can improve our future harvests.

5. THE REFUND PROCESS

• Verification: Once your return is picked up and reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quick inspection.

• Initiation: Approved refunds are initiated within 3–4 business days of notification.

• Credit: Depending on your bank, the amount will reflect in your original payment account within 7–10 business days.

6. REVERSE LOGISTICS

You don’t need to worry about shipping it back yourself. Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will be assigned to your location for a hassle-free pickup of the return shipment.
