1.SHIPPING THRESHOLDS & CHARGES
We strive to make our premium harvests accessible. Our shipping fee structure is simple:

Orders Above 499: We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping across India.

Orders Below 499: A nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout to cover the logistics of delivering our small-batch products to your doorstep.
2. PROCESSING TIMELINES
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins the fulfillment process. As we deal in fresh, often stone-ground spices, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our regional hubs.
3. TRANSIT & DELIVERY
We partner with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery: Typically 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking: Once dispatched, a unique tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your harvest's journey in real-time.
4. UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the Buyer or failed delivery attempts, the Buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs for re-delivery. We recommend double-checking your contact details at checkout.
5. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGING
Our spices are packed in high-grade, secure materials to preserve purity. If you receive a package that appears tampered with or significantly damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify our support team immediately at [Insert Email/Contact].
6. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been handed over to our courier partners. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placement.
7. NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS
In the rare event that your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the parcel, claims must be raised within 48 hours. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the discrepancy.
