4. ORDER PHILOSOPHY & CANCELLATIONS

5. PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS (NATURAL VARIATION)

As we deal in raw, unpolished, and stone-ground products, natural variations in color, texture, and aroma may occur between batches. These are not defects but markers of authentic, non-industrial sourcing from our regional farmer partners.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY LOGISTICS

We partner with premium logistics providers to ensure your harvest arrives fresh. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or incorrect address entries by the Buyer. Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of spices and oils, we do not accept returns once a seal is broken. If you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or credit.

8. USER CONDUCT & INDEMNITY

You are solely responsible for actions performed under your account. You agree to indemnify and hold our brand, directors, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your breach of these Terms or your use of the site.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use this website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the products purchased by the Buyer.

10. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at any time, without notice, if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any materials downloaded from this site.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
